Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; corrugating industry or forklift experience preferred.
• Must have Lift Truck Operator License/certification.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills; able to work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and obtain Pratt Forklift Certification.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory locations and keep equipment and production areas clean.
• Support meeting production schedules and resolve challenges proactively.
• Train and assist fellow team members, including machine operators and helpers.
