Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate powered equipment to move products safely and efficiently, once certified.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report issues.
  • Pick, pack, and stage inventory for shipment, including loading trailers.
  • Unload trailers, verify products against POs and packing slips in WMS.
  • Receive returned products, verify warranty status, update WMS, and prepare for disposal or return.
  • Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.
Basic Expectations
  • Follow work instructions accurately.
  • Operate industrial trucks and aerial work platforms safely.
  • Maintain a valid power industrial truck license.
  • Learn and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report unsafe conditions.
  • Complete records and reports accurately and promptly.
  • Strive to improve material handling, product quality, and safety.
