Job summary

Perfecto Staffing is seeking a safety-focused and dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations at a client site in Olive Branch, MS. The role involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, store, and transport materials throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of forklift experience, experience with RF scanners, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years forklift operating experience.
• Experience loading, unloading, and moving materials in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or electric pallet jack equipment as required.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Stage materials for shipping, and receiving operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
