Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Inc. is seeking a Forklift Driver for the 1st shift at our South Brunswick, NJ distribution center. This onsite role supports daily warehouse operations, loading and unloading, and inventory accuracy using power equipment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of forklift experience, strong attendance, good communication, and the ability to learn PKMS. You’ll join a safety‑driven team in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience with Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Onsite role with standard warehouse environment.
• Strong attendance and teamwork are essential.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to learn warehouse system functions (PKMS).
• Read locations and SKUs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily forklift operations to move, load, and unload goods.
• Execute pick and staging tasks using the warehouse system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and housekeeping of aisles.
• Operate safety procedures to promote a safe work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
