Job Description

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment (various types)
• Receive and process product into warehouse
• Pick and pack product to fulfill orders
• Prepare product for shipment
• Assist with other projects as required
• Assist production assembly department as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be forklift certified; or willing to become forklift certified
• Working knowledge of RF gun
• Basic understanding of a Distribution Center
• Comfortability with heights
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good reading and comprehension
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback
• Basic Computer skills
• Excellent attendance record
• Safety awareness

Physical Demands

• Stand, sit, walk, and work from heights up to 30 feet
• Frequently lift and shift boxes weighing 25-50 lbs, with a maximum of 65 lbs
• Perform physical activities involving arms, hands, and legs for extended periods

Hours, Compensation, and Benefits

• Tuesday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (6 am - 4:30 pm)
• Mandatory overtime as needed

Compensation: $18.50/hr

Pay Range: $16.54 - $23.37. Actual salary based on experience, location, education, and skills, mutually agreed upon at offer.
