Job summary

Mars is hiring for a factory-based role in Reno, NV. You will help ensure raw materials are available for production on time, flag shortages, and work closely with Operations to prevent delays.

The job strengthens our Five Principles culture and offers learning through Mars University and a competitive benefits package. Experience in supply chain and familiarity with SAP, ATMS or Weekplan is preferred; GCSE Maths/English is required.

• Educated to GCSE standards or above (Maths and English)

• Comfortable working with different business systems like SAP, ATMS and Weekplan

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Raw materials are available for production lines on time
• Communicate potential shortages to relevant stakeholders
• Maintains close contact with Operations team to ensure that there are no delays in manufacture
• Raise relevant escalations that have an impact on safety, quality and efficiency

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
