Job summary

Epson America Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift in our Indianapolis-area distribution center. The role focuses on safely operating reach trucks, order pickers, and related equipment to move goods for North America.

You will load/unload, pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a clean, modern facility. We offer an attractive benefits package including medical coverage from day one, paid time off, bonuses, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• No forklift experience is required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other powered industrial equipment
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers
• Picking, packing and shipping customer orders
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area

The starting hourly pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
