Selectemp in Independence, OR is hiring a Forklift Operator for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will move materials, support inventory accuracy, and help maintain a safe, organized facility on a Monday–Friday schedule starting ASAP.

The job offers steady weekday hours, overtime, health coverage after 30 days, a 401(k) or pension option, and a $100 referral bonus for each coworker who works 160 hours.

Qualificações

• Forklift operating experience and certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb on/off equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-shift forklift safety inspections and check fluid levels.
• Stock packaging lines with empty pallets and communicate inventory needs.
• Transport palletized goods to the stretch-wrapper and secure loads safely.
• Stack finished goods in designated areas to prevent damage.
• Read Bills of Lading, load trucks accurately, and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete inventory counts.
