Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator based in West Hazleton PA to support 12-hour day shifts from 6:30am to 7pm. The role involves operating a forklift to move materials, support production lines, and maintain accurate records.

A safety-first mindset and ability to work with production teams are essential. Qualifications include at least 1 year forklift experience, solid attendance, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• Communicates effectively with others.
• Collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Perform a safety lift truck inspection and battery check and report issues.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and related activities.
• Review daily production schedule with Shift Supervisor and move materials to lines as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced for warehouse personnel.
• Load/unload finished goods and ensure correct product codes are used.
• Assist in stock handling and inventory processes as needed.
• Complete written documentation and shift totals reports.
