Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Material Handler in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

1. Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
2. Additional Pay: $2.50 per hour when working third shift
3. Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
4. Schedules: Third Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
5. Every other weekend off, 2-2-3 schedule

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Accurate, even under pressure

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Follow performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Handle warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Support automated packing system maintenance during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
