Job summary

Northeast Asphalt in Waukesha, WI, is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move materials within the shop and yard. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license and have 2-3 years of forklift operating experience. Forklift Operator – Zenith Tech, a Walbec Group Company (Waukesha, WI)

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely and efficiently within the shop and yard area.
• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Select, lift, and sort materials using an Apple iPad and Smartsheet program for load picking and gathering.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned, including picking and lifting tasks beyond forklift driving.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Punctual and dependable with the ability to tolerate variable weather, dirty, and dusty environments.
• 2–3 years of forklift operating experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and use an Apple iPad and Smartsheet program.
