Job summary

RBW Logistics Corp in Augusta, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our logistics team. This role focuses on operating forklifts safely, receiving and sorting shipments, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate documentation. A strong emphasis on teamwork and meeting daily goals is essential.

You will be part of a fast-moving essential industry that offers stability, paid training, and opportunities for advancement while supporting a people-centric culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of forklift experience.
• Reliable and punctual; dependable attendance.
• Able to read instructions, count accurately, perform basic math, and write clearly.
• Willingness to complete internal certification program.
• Physically able to sit, stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, reach and crouch throughout shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner and with confidence.
• Receive, sort, and organize shipments.
• Track inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
