Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a leading manufacturing client in the Waverly, NY area. The role focuses on safely operating a stand-up forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize materials in the warehouse and production facility.

Shifts: 2nd shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including MEC medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP, along with strong safety and inventory control expectations.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport products efficiently.
• Scan, label, and track inventory using warehouse systems.
• Stack and organize materials in designated storage locations.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals.
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
