Job summary

Effex Management Solutions Llc is seeking a Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to safely move materials within our warehouse and manufacturing areas. The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position involves operating forklifts and reach trucks, handling factory transfers, and ensuring accurate tracking with PKMS and RF scanning systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience; reach truck experience preferred.
• Ability to operate safely in a high-volume warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills; WMS experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
