Job summary

USG is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Associate in the Town of Oakfield, NY. Starting pay rate is $24.90 per hour and the role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate order fulfillment, and timely shipping.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, interpreting orders, recording shipping data, and basic maintenance. Requires teamwork, attendance, and adaptability to overtime and weekends. Great benefits available for USG employees in a plant setting.

Qualifications

• Able to inspect and troubleshoot the forklift to detect issues and maximize operational availability.
• Ability to interpret verbal instructions and written documents such as customer orders.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency at accurately recording shipping data.
• Possess basic maintenance skills needed to help service equipment.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
