Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our Caledonia, Wisconsin warehouse. This role focuses on safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store goods, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The position supports shifts including the 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) and requires use of scanners, adherence to FIFO, and routine cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years forklift experience required.
• At least 6 months reach truck and sit-down/counterbalance forklift experience.
• Stable work history with minimal employment gaps.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, move, and store products and materials.
• Stack and organize pallets in designated warehouse locations.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and print labels.
• Follow FIFO inventory procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as assigned.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready warehouse.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and additional tasks as assigned.

CoWorx is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations through the safe and efficient use of Powered Industrial Equipment in the Caledonia, WI area.
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking materials to meet shipping, receiving, and production needs. This role plays an essential part in maintaining workflow accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Shifts Available:

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:30am
