Alliance Central, a leading distribution and logistics company, is seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator for our warehouse team in St. Louis, MO. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $57,602 and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, stocking products on shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. You will also perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $57,620. In addition to the competitive pay, Alliance Central offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience operating forklifts. Familiarity with warehouse operations and a valid forklift operator's license are also required.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• One to two years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Forklift endorsement.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and material handling best practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with precision and care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
