Job summary

Job&Talent, in partnership with ITS Logistics, seeks a Forklift Operator to support Sparks warehouse operations, moving materials safely and accurately for timely deliveries.

Core duties include loading/unloading, inspecting loads, stacking goods, and ensuring secure transport to designated areas. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST; candidates must lift 50–75 lbs and operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers and walkie riders.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and walkie riders.
• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods.
• Able to read work orders, count inventory, and locate products.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery within the warehouse.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery throughout the facility.
• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes.
• Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas.
• Control levers and devices to load, transport, and stack materials.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with ITS Logistics in Sparks. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are moved safely and accurately to support timely deliveries.Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM PST

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Do you have experience operating stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and walkie riders? Explain.
• Do you have previous knowledge of logistical supply chain methods?
• Have you operated pallet wrap machines, or other material handling equipment? If yes, which ones and for how long?
• Are you able to accurately read and understand work orders, count inventory, and locate products stored in different areas and levels within a warehouse?
• Are you able to lift/move 50 to 75 lbs throughout your shift when required?
