Job summary

Endries International, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for 1st shift at our Fort Worth, TX location. The role involves pulling products from shelves and staging them at lanes to ensure on-time shipping, with a target to meet hourly pick metrics.

Expect to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cherry picker/stand-up forklifts. Prior forklift experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Starting wage is $18 per hour, with potential to earn an additional $1.25 per hour through the

• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and attend work regularly.
• Not have a fear of heights and maintain a strong attendance record.

Endries International Inc. has openings for 1st Shift Forklift Operators in our Fort Worth, TX location! The starting wage is $18 per hour. We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates!

As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up forklift) your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers; on time! In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to lift packages up to 50 lbs. for an entire 8 hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker and reach) experience is required.

Compensation. The starting wage range is $18 per hour based on experience +the ability to earn $1.25 more through the skill block program on top of other growth opportunities. We also provide t-shirts for work and reimbursement for steel toe shoes!

Requirements:
