Job summary

Mykelly is seeking Forklift Operators for a global agricultural leader in Rushville, Indiana. The positions offer 36–48+ hours per week with overtime opportunities and seasonal durations that can extend through harvest and packaging seasons.

Operators will assist in seed processing, packaging, inventory management, and various warehouse duties while ensuring safety and accuracy in loading, unloading, and data entry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up-to 60 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Steel-toe boots required
