Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is partnering with a leading logistics and distribution company in Rincon, GA to recruit a Forklift Operator. This role supports inventory management, shipping, and receiving with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and organization.

The successful candidate will operate various powered industrial equipment, load/unload shipments, verify quantities and documentation, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment with a Monday–Friday shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, clamp truck, or other powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment within the warehouse.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
• Move products and materials to designated storage locations throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and shipment documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including aisles and docks.

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipping, and receiving teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate safety consciousness, reliability, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rincon, GA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
