Job summary

Izzio Artisan Bakery in Henderson, CO is seeking a Freezer Warehouse Worker to support our 24/7 operations. You will receive orders, build loads, unload and load trucks, and maintain inventory in a cold environment around 0°F.

Forklift/EPJ experience and reliable attendance are required; bilingual candidates are preferred. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager, offers weekend shifts, and pays $24–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Forklift certification or Stand Up/EPJ experience.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory preferred.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build loads using forklift and/or electronic pallet jack from order system.
• Follow warehouse instructions in loading loads.
• Ensure accuracy in loading and comply with shipper/receiver documentation.
• Turn in paperwork with orders for checks before loading.
• Transport loads from warehouse to trailer and handle returned pallets.
• Unload pallets and place them in designated space.
• Stage pallets and load into trucks when ready.
• Wrap pallets after loading.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Operate power pallet jack or forklift to pick areas and build pallet/load.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Flex schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Izzio Artisan Bakery is seeking for a Freezer Warehouse Worker for the Warehouse located in Henderson, CO. The Warehouse worker is responsible for receiving orders, maintaining inventory, unloading, and loading of trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Works from electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.
• Follows warehouse instructions in building loads.
• Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats.
• Responsible for unloading pallets and placing them in designated warehouse space.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
• Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on workload and may vary daily.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse and inventory related field is preferred
• High School education required
• Must be forklift certified or have forklift experience with Stand Up and EPJ
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
• Bilingual (Preferred, Not Required)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 85lbs with assisted lifting.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and kneel.

Environmental Conditions

• Work in freezer temperatures that can reach approximately 0°F (-18°C) or below.
• There is exposure to dust and allergens.
• All machines are equipped with protective guards and all safety protocols must be followed.
• Personal Protective Equipment is available.
• Maintain regular, consistent attendance & punctuality. Must have a flexible schedule, that includes evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Position Closing Date: 09/15/2026

Pay: $24 to $25
Shift Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, as our bakery operates 24/7, seven days a week.
