Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Newton, NC is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. You will safely operate forklifts, load and move products, and support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced facility.

Overtime opportunities and weekly pay are available, with a competitive hourly rate. The position requires 2+ years of forklift experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Whether you're an early bird, a night owl, or somewhere in between, we've got a shift that fits your schedule!

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Location: Newton, NC

Overtime Available

Choose Your Shift:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Load, unload, stage, and transport products as needed
• Support production and warehouse operations efficiently
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and safety checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of recent forklift experience required and must have a high school diploma or GED
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
