Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Newton, NC. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour with overtime opportunities.

You will safely operate forklifts, load/unload, support production, conduct safety checks, and keep a clean, organized work area. Requirements include at least 2 years forklift experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport products as needed.
• Support production and warehouse operations efficiently.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and safety checks.
