Job description

Job Title: Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse, including:

1. Loading and unloading trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and load integrity.
2. Moving finished products from the production line and storing them appropriately.
3. Case picking using RF scanners, wrapping, labeling, and staging products.
4. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including sanitation and cleaning.
5. Regularly lifting items up to 55 pounds.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate hourly pay is $24.87, with a pay progression plan up to $37.36. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives, a 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits. Details may vary by position and location.
