Job summary

Masis Staffing is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a reputable facility in New Albany, OH. The role involves loading and unloading trailers, moving and organizing materials, and maintaining safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly pay from $23.50 to $24.50. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity offers weekly pay, a consistent full-time schedule, and a supportive team environment in a stable setting.

Qualifications

• Recent stand-up forklift experience.
• Experience loading/unloading inside trailers required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently.
• Move, stage, and organize materials.
• Label, sort, pack, and unpack shipments.
• Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization.
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures.

Pay & Shift Options

• 1st Shift:Monday-Friday 6:30AM-2:30PM at $23.50 an hour.
• 2nd Shift:Monday-Friday 2:30PM-10:30PM at $24.50 an hour.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:30PM-6:30AM at $24.50 an hour.
