Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling Inc is currently seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move palletized products and support daily operations. You will operate a forklift to move materials from the production area to the inventory pad, load trucks, and assist customers while adhering to safety procedures.

This role requires forklift/Spyder certification, the ability to pass a drug screen, lift up to 70 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Forklift/Spyder experience is required (certification is required).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work outside in all weather and tolerate dust.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport palletized products via forklift from production to inventory area.
• Load trucks and assist customers as needed.
• Report all accidents and injuries, adhere to SOPs.
• Maintain safety gear use and housekeeping in work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
