Responsibilities

• Move materials to designated storage racks, stage orders for shipment, and maintain organized inventory lanes.
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections, report maintenance needs, and adhere to OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and order picking as needed.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to safely move, stage, load, and unload materials, pallets, and products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move inventory.

• Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming freight, verify shipment counts against bills of lading, and safely load outgoing trucks and trailers.

• Stocking & Staging: Move materials to designated storage racks, stage orders for shipment, and maintain organized inventory lanes.

• Safety & Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections, report maintenance needs, and adhere strictly to OSHA and warehouse safety standards.

• Inventory & Order Support: Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and order picking as needed.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Schedule: Full-time, standard day shift (Monday – Friday)
