Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for our Shipping Team in Lunenburg, MA. You will operate forklifts, load and unload trailers, track products, and move materials throughout the warehouse.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and English proficiency. Shift is 1:00 PM–9:00 PM with possible overtime; benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Forklift experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Forklift certification within the last 12 months is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers according to production and customer requirements
• Move, track, and store materials while preventing product damage
• Use RF scanners to process receipts, returns, and deliveries

Schedule: Monday through Friday with possible overtime
Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Position Summary

This position plays a critical role in supporting daily shipping operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Load and unload trailers according to production and customer requirements
• Move, track, and store materials while preventing product damage
• Use RF scanners to process receipts, returns, and deliveries
• Complete shipping and inventory documentation accurately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift certification within the last 12 months is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
