Applicant must be available to work the following schedule:

Weekday: Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm


Hourly Pay Rate: $24.43 plus .30 shift differential



Basic Functions

Support Algood's core values by incorporating them in daily thoughts and actions.

Perform all distribution and inventory functions in the most efficient, safe, and professional manner while providing timely reliable customer service to both external and internal customers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Operate a sitting lift truck in a safe and efficient manner

* Ability to operate spotting truck/Yard Dog

* Proficient use of RF scan guns

* Proficient use of a computer

* Daily cycle counts of inventory to complete cycle of all items by month end

* Adherence to all GMPs, policies and procedures

* Housekeeping of facilities and equipment

* Ability to communicate verbally and written in a professional manner, in the English language, when working with the public/customers and co-workers.

* Ability to receive, ship, and warehouse materials in a timely, accurate, safe and secure manner.

* Ability to work within a respectful multicultural team environment.

* Self-directed with little instruction.

* Ability to complete tasks within short time constraints.




Mental and Physical Requirements

* Ability to maintain considerable concentration with frequent time pressures and interruptions.

* Ability to maintain visual attention for extended periods of time.

* Ability to occasionally lift or carry minimal weights up to 60 pounds.

* Ability to occasionally reach, squat, kneel, climb, push, or pull.

* Ability to lift and sit on a routine basis.

* Ability to work extended hours with little or no notice.

* Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to drive and maneuver a forklift.


Working Environment and Conditions

This position requires working in the internal and external environment. Work areas must be kept clean and organized.
