Plumbers Supply Co. in Louisville is hiring a Customer Service/Loader at our Bishop Lane location. You will load customer orders, interact with customers, and help stage deliveries while keeping a clean, organized warehouse.

Your role combines frontline customer service with hands-on warehouse tasks, including operating a forklift, scanning inventory with an RF scanner, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced team environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification (training provided on-site).
• Strong customer service skills with professional and courteous interaction.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Proactive multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Locate and load customer orders onto vehicles or trailers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs.
• Deliver completed orders to the Will Call Counter and Drive-Thru areas and stage products for loading or delivery.
• Pick products using an RF scanner, update inventory in ERP systems, and maintain proper records for inventory control.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment following safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse accessible and safe by maintaining cleanliness and organization.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Customer Interaction: Locate and load customer orders onto vehicles or trailers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs
• Operational Support: Deliver completed orders to the Will Call Counter and Drive-Thru areas and stage products for loading or delivery
• Inventory Management: Pick products using an RF scanner, update inventory in ERP systems, and maintain proper records to ensure inventory control
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, following all prescribed methods and safety procedures
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse accessible and safe for employees, customers, and visitors by adhering to cleanliness and organization standards

OUR MUST HAVES:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
