Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Forklift Operator to move products in a fast-paced warehouse setting with a strong emphasis on safety. The role runs 12:00pm to 8:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $22.20 per hour and requires forklift certification or willingness to obtain it within one month.

You will load/unload materials, ensure proper stacking and rotation, inspect equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to company policies and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift certified or a willingness to be trained and become certified within 1 month.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy.
• Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility. Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area to meet requirements.
• Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non-palletized products / materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery time.
• Ensure that products / materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory/company policies and procedures
• Ensure proper dunnage is loaded on transport trailers to secure the load to prevent materials from tipping, falling, etc
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Ensure proper rotation of product
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
