Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a forklift/loader operator to move inventory, stage orders, and support loading for shipments across North America. The role requires practical experience with heavy equipment and strong safety awareness.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience operating forklifts with > 18k lb capacity.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklift and loader to transport inventory, unload incoming stock and load orders.
• Pull and stage orders for shipment.
• Load customer trucks based on ship tickets.
• Push aggregate material utilizing a loader.
• Complete weekly equipment inspections.
• Keep area safe, clean and organized.
• Interface with customer service, technical service, and delivery personnel.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Experience operating forklifts with > 18k lb. capacity
• Prior experience utilizing loaders is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
