Endries International, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is hiring 1st Shift Forklift Operators. Starting wage is $18 per hour with potential to earn $1.25 more through a skill block program.

The role involves cherry picker/stand-up forklift operation, pulling products and staging for dispatch, and meeting hourly picks targets. Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math tasks.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with RF scanners and computer-based tools is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are expected.

Responsibilities

• Pull product off shelves and stage at lanes for shipment.
• Meet picks-per-hour metrics and operate cherry picker/stand-up forklift.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs for an full shift of 8 hours.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.

Endries International Inc. has openings for 1stShift Forklift Operators in our Kennesaw, GA location! The starting wage is $18 per hour. We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates!

As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up forklift) your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers; on time! In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to lift packages up to 50 lbs. for an entire 8 hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker) experience is required.
