A leading logistics provider with a strong footprint in food-grade warehousing is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator in Joliet, IL to join their dynamic team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours, competitive pay, and plenty of room to grow!

Hours & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20.50/hour


• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $21.50/hour


• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $22.50/hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging


• Safely transport items to and from production lines and storage racks


• Assist with truck loading and unloading as needed


• Perform regular forklift inspections to ensure safety and functionality


• Scan and track inventory movements with accuracy


• Maintain clean and organized staging, storage, and work areas


• Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)


• Support warehouse and production supervisors with additional duties as assigned
