Post Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for their Lenox, Iowa facility. In this crucial role, you will coordinate the movement of ingredients and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with safety and food quality standards. Your responsibilities include performing daily SAP transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating PIT equipment.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and preferably forklift certification. This role is key to our supply chain and contributes to our mission of quality in food processing.

This Forklift Operator functions as a receiving clerk responsible for coordinating the movement of ingredients and packaging materials within the Lenox warehouse. This includes unloading and receiving shipments, accurately storing materials, and ensuring proper stock rotation. The role directly supports the Supply Chain vision of making Michael Foods, Inc. a leader in effective, responsive, and innovative supply chain practices within the food processing industry, while strategically contributing to sustainable and profitable growth.
This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability.
