Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a warehouse associate in Houston to move products in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate powered equipment, transport materials, and load trailers while adhering to safety policies.

Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.66 per hour, with potential incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be able to work a 4:30 AM – 4:30 PM shift on a 2-2-3 flex schedule.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 4:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 2-2-3 Flex Schedule.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.66 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.
