Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators for our Greenfield, IN distribution center. You will load, unload, pick, and replenish product using Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, or Dock Stocker, supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, or Dock Stocker preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to work at various heights safely and follow safety regulations.
• Operate electronic handheld scanner and tablet; punctual attendance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate MHE including cherry picker, reach truck, and dock stocker.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, placing and moving stock to standards.
• Weigh products with scales to support inventory accuracy.
• Use a Warehouse Management System for inventory tracking and tasks.
• Perform inbound receiving and inspections, including compliance checks.
• Conduct physical tasks such as lifting from pallets and bending as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; follow safety policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Drive various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including but not limited to: Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Dock Stockers, and Pallet Jacks.
• High focus on accuracy when picking, placing, and moving stock to ensure organizational standards.
  
• Operate scales to weigh products and materials as required for inventory accuracy.
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficient inventory tracking, task assignment, and process management.
• Perform inbound receiving procedures, including inspecting and identifying any compliance or trailer issues.
• Perform physical tasks, including manually lifting product from pallets, including from rack heights, and bending when separating mixed pallets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One-year of Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to work at various heights safely, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations.
• Ability to operate an electronic handheld scanner and tablet
• Must be punctual with a demonstrated attendance record
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
