Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for our distribution center in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish products from trucks and bulk locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to work at various heights safely and follow safety regulations.
• Operate an electronic handheld scanner and tablet.
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Flexible to work overtime, including weekends.
• Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Be cross-trained in different departments as needed.

Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Forklift Operator, you will be utilizing a Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish product from trucks, containers, or bulk locations within the warehouse. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match and a monthly bonus opportunity!

Schedule and Compensation

• 1stShift: Monday through Friday - 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour.

What to expect as a Forklift Operator:

• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish product from trucks, containers, or bulk locations within the warehouse.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to be cross trained in different departments.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.
