Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking an Online Order Fulfillment Associate in Godfrey, IL to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced setting.

You will verify accuracy and quality, maintain organization and safety, and assist with inventory and returns as needed to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3-5 Years of sit-down forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using order lists
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping or handling
• Label packages correctly and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy, product quality, and quantities before shipment
• Stage completed orders for carrier pickup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Job Summary
