Job summary

Stier Supply Company is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations at the Sandy Run - Build & Distribution site. The role requires forklift driving experience and the ability to move and organize materials safely across bays and bin locations.

The job emphasizes maintaining inventory accuracy, adapting to shifting priorities, and upholding all safety standards while supporting production teams daily.

Qualifications

• Capability to repetitively lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions, including various weather conditions.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
• Capability to push and pull carts as needed.
• Strong time management and multitasking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials from staging areas to secondary and primary locations.
• Conduct all cycle counts according to the defined schedule.
• Implement and maintain a visual warehouse by labeling locations and recording load locations in BisTrack.
• Segregate materials based on specified criteria.
• Work closely with production areas to determine and execute necessary stock adjustments daily.
• Adapt to operational needs, including unloading and picking materials as required.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the continued replenishment of all products and material within their allotted bays and bin locations. Key Responsibilities:

Salary Based on experience

Benefits Life, Health, Dental, and Vision after 60 days. Paid vacation and holidays after 90 days. 401(k) with company match when eligible after 6 months.

Position Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)

Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
