ManpowerGroup is seeking a Forklift Operator in Four Oaks, NC to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will move materials, parts, and finished goods using sit-down and stand-up forklifts, while adhering to safety procedures and SOPs.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English reading/writing skills, basic math, and steel-toed shoes. Background checks are completed before starting.

Responsabilités

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, parts, and finished goods within a plant, office, or warehouse.
• Use forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks following safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and support routine warehouse operations per SOPs.
• Perform routine tasks using prescribed steps to meet quality guidelines.
• Work under general to limited supervision applying basic knowledge to tasks.

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team in Four Oaks, NC. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, supporting safe and efficient movement of materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, dependable work habits, and the ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines—skills that will help you succeed from day one.

What's the Job?

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within a plant, office, or warehouse.
• Use a variety of equipment as needed, including forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks, while following established safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records as required and support routine warehouse operations using clearly defined SOPs.
• Perform routine tasks using prescribed steps, ensuring work meets quality guidelines.
• Work under general to limited supervision while applying basic knowledge and skills to complete assigned responsibilities.

What's Needed?

• Previous forklift experience required, with a minimum of 6 months of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience (no exceptions).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English, and perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Steel toe shoes required; all background checks must be completed before starting the job assignment.
