Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting a Forklift Operator for a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. You will operate a diverse fleet of stand-up equipment in a fast-paced warehouse and help ensure accurate shipping, receiving and inventory movements.

Shifts run Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekly pay and benefits from day one. Valid forklift certification and experience with Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Raymond forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Warehouse experience with shipping/receiving processes.
• Familiarity with order picking procedures and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Must provide valid forklift certification during walkthrough.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to stage, stack, and retrieve palletized loads from high-bay racking systems.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight on docks.
• Fulfill case-pick and piece-pick orders at elevated heights using safety harnesses.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator
