Job summary

Endries International Inc. is hiring 1st Shift Forklift Operators at our Fort Worth, TX facility. The starting wage is $18 per hour with potential to earn $1.25 more through the skill block program, plus benefits for full-time associates.

As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up), you will pull products and stage them for lanes, aiming for on-time delivery and adherence to picks-per-hour targets. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
• Computer experience and RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Have basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for your entire shift.
• Not have a fear of heights.
• Strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes for on‑time shipping.
• Meet or exceed picks per hour targets.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs. for the full shift.
• Operate cherry picker or reach forklift as needed.

Endries International Inc. has openings for 1st Shift Forklift Operators in our Fort Worth, TX location! The starting wage is $18 per hour. We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates!

As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand‑up forklift) your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers; on time! In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to lift packages up to 50 lbs. for an entire 8 hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker and reach) experience is required.
