Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our logistics and warehouse team in Minnesota. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within a warehouse setting and perform accurate order picking. Assist with WMS entries, shipping/receiving, and inventory counts.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with overtime possibilities; wage is $22.00 per hour. This is a temp-to-hire position with disability, health, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator experience preferred, minimum 1 year.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in cooler/freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to maneuver products within a warehouse setting
• Perform order picking using various equipment and ensure accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
• Assist with warehouse management system (WMS) entries for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required by warehouse distribution procedures.
