Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring forklift operators to support local market customers in picking, packing, and shipping receiving functions. Many roles are long-term and temp-to-hire. Ideal candidates have at least one year of forklift operator experience and a valid forklift certification.

Compensation starts at $20.00–$22.75 per hour with limited mandatory overtime and opportunities for promotion and training. Work hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits based on eligibility.

• Valid certification to operate forklifts.

• Operate sit-down and stand-up high-reach forklifts.

Now hiring for forklift operators. We currently have immediate forklift operator opportunities available to support our customer in our local market. Our forklift operators will support our customers picking, packing, and shipping receiving functions. Many of our forklift operator opportunities are long term and temp to hire. • Temp to hire position in 90 days (meeting hiring criteria)

Responsibilities

• Be able to operate a Sit down and Stand up High reach forklift.
• Unload and upload material
• Identify damages and determine the need for repairs
• Report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Maintain a clean work area and forklift

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
