Job summary

Black Diamond Coatings is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to help move materials, prepare orders, and keep the warehouse organized at our Brooksville, FL location. This full-time role supports production and shipping processes.

Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, pulling and packing orders, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Availability for overtime and weekend shifts is expected. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience is a must.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for overtime and Saturdays as needed.
