Pay rate: $18.70/hr
Hours: 5:30am - 2:00pm Mon-Fri OT as needed and advised of with some notice
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Summary:

• This role involves a combination of labor and lift operations, not just sitting on the lift all day.
• Responsibilities include bending, lifting, wrapping pallets, and pushing machines.
• Experience with sit-down and dock stock forklifts, as well as RF scanners, is required.
• Good math skills are necessary, with approximately 50% manual labor involved.
• Some team members load and unload trailers.
• Seeking team players with a strong work ethic and good attendance who are interested in becoming permanent employees.
• Attendance and a drive to work as part of a team are essential.
• Training on all lifts will be provided; candidates must have at least 6 months of lift experience.
• Work location: Regional Fulfillment Center, 254 Internationale Drive, Bolingbrook, IL 60440.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down forklift.
• RF scanner experience.
• Excellent math, reading comprehension, and legible writing skills.
• At least two years of warehouse experience, including one year of stand-up forklift experience.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with team lifts for heavier items.
• Ability to follow directions and complete work within established timelines.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to safety and detail to prevent injuries and property damage.
• Ability to multi-task.
