Responsibilities

Must follow all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance. Performs duties in a safe manner and reports all observed safety hazards to the Warehouse Manager. Must be Forklift certified to perform and complete Trailer Loading/Unloading with use of Dok-Loks, stage product, pick product or move product within the facilities. Maintains a neat and orderly work area, leads by example and maintains a safe environment for self and co-workers.

Examples Of Duties

  • Properly performs, completes and submits Powered Industrial Truck Weekly Inspection Form.
  • Competent in DcLINK. Capable of using accurate scanning scripts as needed per job function.
  • Maintains Shipping and Receiving Schedule.
  • Responsible for picking, staging, labeling and loading Customer Orders.
  • Conducts Cycle Count.
  • Completes and enters Daily Receipts.
  • Coordinates, labels and completes transfers of received goods/incoming inventory to final destination/location.
  • Count and clears negative bin locations.
  • Understands Shipping and Receiving procedures, paperwork and material flow.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

  • Experience driving a forklift in an industrial setting.
  • Perform basic computer functions and data entry.
  • Must be able to complete Company's fork-lift certification training within an 8 hour period.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of basic math functions.
  • Effective communication.
