Job summary

Sierra Distribution Center in Ashville, Ohio, is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our TJX team. Focus on safe operation, accurate handling of merchandise, and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse.

Starting pay is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with shifts Monday-Thursday variations. Additional pay may be earned based on production level, and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Job Description

Sierra Distribution Center - Ashville, Ohio

Forklift Operator

Position has a starting pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

A shift Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

C shift Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.

Job Duties

• Accurately match all paperwork/labels to merchandise
• Use of CV30 to accurately scan all moves
• Repalletize fallen merchandise when necessary
• Able to properly stack skids and pallets
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Maintain accountability of indirect time by filling out an indirect log daily and assist in other areas as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Conduct power equipment safety check/fill out checklist as required
• Maintain safe and proper operating procedures on power equipment at all times
• Be able to follow "Best Practice Preferred Methods and Work Smart Principles"
• Must attend power equipment safety training and pass both an eye exam and power equipment examination.
